Product(s) may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as:
- The product(s) have not been washed worn or altered
- Tags are still on the product(s)
- Products(s) are in the same condition as they were received

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been returned and received to Caswell's Fine Menswear and verified that all above criteria has been met. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Add Checkout+ to your order at checkout and your return shipping is covered. If you need to make a return, simply start it through our returns portal as normal and your prepaid return label will be provided free of charge — nothing deducted from your refund. Checkout+ can only be added at the time of purchase and applies only to the order it was purchased with.
